The XINNUO EPS Sandwich Panel Continuous Production Line is a fully automated, high-efficiency production system designed for manufacturing roof and wall panels. Using expanded polystyrene (EPS) as the insulation core, the line produces panels with beautiful, precise, and diverse cross-sectional shapes. EPS is a white, lightweight material with excellent waterproofing, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and buffering properties.

Mixing Type: cost-effective, durable, globally widely used
Spray Type: slightly more expensive, reduces adhesive waste and usage
Applies constant pressure and heat to form the sandwich panel
Features patented rubber roller laminating system, which is energy-efficient, low-cost, and ensures panel flatness
Cuts laminated panels to customer-specified lengths using band saw
Optional wheel or band saw cutting to meet different requirements
Automatically stacks finished panels according to preset quantity
Roof panels can be cross-stacked if required
Packs stacked panels with plastic wrap (four or six sides) and discharges them
Optional pallet system inserts EPS blocks automatically for easier transport and storage
