The XINNUO Z-Lock System Sandwich Panel Production Line is a high-efficiency, fully automated production system designed for manufacturing wall panels, roof panels, and various types of sandwich panels. Its core feature is the Z-Lock interlocking system, which ensures high durability and strong panel connections, providing secure installation while allowing for future expansion or modification.

The panels can use either environmentally-friendly EPS (expanded polystyrene) or rock wool cores:

  • EPS Core: Lightweight, white, with excellent waterproofing, thermal insulation, soundproofing, and cushioning properties; CFC-free, environmentally friendly, and excellent temperature regulation.

  • Rock Wool Core: Made from natural mineral fibers, providing excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and soundproofing, safe and eco-friendly.

Both types of cores are covered with SMP-coated (Silicon Modified Polyester) galvanized steel, treated with zinc coating and finished with a multilayer polyester paint, making the panels corrosion-resistant, durable, and suitable for tropical and humid climates.

Production Process & Key Equipment

  1. Steel Plate Decoiling Machine

    • Provides stable feeding of color steel, galvanized, or aluminum sheets

    • Hydraulic mandrel for automatic operation with precise control

  2. Roll Forming Machine

    • Continuously shapes the steel sheet into flat or corrugated profiles

    • Cassette-type molds and rail wheel system for fast mold changes

  3. Preheating Room

    • Hot air circulation heats the sheet to optimal temperature for EPS or rock wool bonding

  4. Glue Coating Device

    • Evenly applies adhesive to ensure firm bonding between steel sheets and core

    • Options: mixing type (cost-effective) or spray type (reduces adhesive usage)

  5. Double Belt Laminating System

    • Applies constant pressure and heat to form the sandwich panel

    • Z-Lock interlocking structure ensures secure panel connection

  6. Band Saw Cutting Machine

    • Cuts sandwich panels to customer-specified lengths

    • Multiple cutting methods available

  7. Cooling System

    • Ensures stable panel formation

    • Guarantees flat surface and uniform thickness

  8. Stacking System

    • Automatically stacks finished panels

    • Roof panels can be cross-stacked if required

  9. Packaging Machine

    • Wraps stacked panels with plastic film (4-side or 6-side)

    • Optional pallet system automatically inserts EPS spacers for easier transport and storage
